We want people with disabilities to use the site and portal with ease.
Our goal
We work toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We use clear words, keyboard access, visible focus, text labels, useful page order, strong color contrast, zoom support, and touch targets that are easy to press.
Current work
We test common pages on phone and desktop, with a keyboard, zoom, and automated checks. Some client files may not be accessible when a client uploads them. We will help with another format when we can.

Email accessibility@provenportals.com. Tell us the page, what you tried, and what you need. You may also ask for an accessible copy of a document. We aim to reply within two business days.
