What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a site saves in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser tool.

What we use

We use cookies for sign-in, account choice, fraud checks, and basic settings. Supabase may set sign-in cookies. Proven Portals may set the active account choice.

Starting September 25, 2026, we also remember your last-opened workspace in this browser for up to 180 days after a workspace visit. This cookie contains user and workspace identifiers, not your password or sign-in tokens. It stays after sign-out so your next sign-in can return to that workspace. It does not keep you signed in, skip two-step verification, or give you access to a workspace. We check your access again before using it. You can clear this preference by deleting this site’s cookies.

What we do not use

We do not use cookies to sell data, follow you across unrelated sites, or show ads aimed at you. If we add optional analytics later, we will update this notice and ask for consent where the law calls for it.

Your choice

Your browser can block or delete cookies. The public site will still open, but sign-in and portal tools may stop working. Email privacy@provenportals.com with a question.
